Athenians don’t live in Plaka or Monastiraki anymore. While these areas are rich in history and tourist attractions, the heart of modern Athens beats elsewhere.
Join us to see: Where do Athenians live? Where do they go out at night? Where do they work and shop? Which parks and squares are popular among the youth?
In this ride, you won’t see tourist buses or guides. Instead, you’ll experience a ride by Athenians, for those who want to feel like Athenians!
Athens lacks dedicated bike lanes, so we mostly ride on quieter streets, sometimes dismounting to cross parks or busier areas. This tour is not suitable for children or those unfamiliar with urban cycling.
During the ride, we’ll make a short stop to enjoy a local cyclist-approved snack and suggest the best photo spots and hidden gems for coffee or dinner.
